Fatema Dalal is an award-winning educator and a recognized expert in Special Education Needs, with a decade of experience supporting learners across the spectrum — from neurodiverse children to neurotypical students. Backed by a strong academic background in Special Education, and Counselling, her work is driven by empathy, expertise, and a deep commitment to each child’s growth.
Her distinctive, child-centered approach to teaching has empowered countless students to overcome learning challenges and flourish both academically and emotionally. Fatema has collaborated with leading international schools and has worked extensively in both inclusive and mainstream classrooms, delivering tailored remedial instruction, therapy, and counselling.
In recognition of her outstanding contribution to education, she was honoured with the Excellence in Special Education Needs Teaching Award by the Asian Education Conclave in 2025.
As Director of SPARC.EDU, Fatema champions accessible, high-quality support for all learners — not just those with identified needs, but for every child striving to feel confident, capable, and seen. She also leads expert workshops for parents, educators, and schools, building awareness and practical skills across communities.
